On Saturday June 5th I put a bid opening on the net for a 3 way move to be carried out on June the 15th. Although I received 6 bids and other bids that were in fact lower, Josh with Muscular Moving men was the only one to call me on Sunday the 6th of June. I went with a gut feeling on this on a since of time efficiently. I can tell you now I was not disappointed. Josh explained everything to me clearly and the move was set for June 15th. I am disabled and we ran into some medical coordination problems, so just 4 days before the move was to take place I was forced to move the date up by one day. I called Josh and he said he would get back to me that the schedule was full on the 14th. In less than one hour I received a call-back as promised. Josh had contacted another customer and was able to accommodate us both. He kept in contact with me and the details were carried out.

The move was to start at 8 AM at approx. 7:45 I received a call from the team of Kyle and Adam that traffic was heavy and that they would arrive a little after the set time, being kept appraised of the status is only one of the first professional acts of conduct by your employees, and from the customer point of view it is really appreciated. Now where moving in it's self to me is a horrifying experience, Kyle and Adam made it almost enjoyable if that is ever really possible ! Both of their performances were carried out like it was their money paying for the move ( fast ) and the goods were their own ( carefully ) now thats a fine line to balance upon. They were both professional and personable and you are fortunate to have them in your employ. They took no lunch, they got it all in one trip, and saw to it everything went into our new place in it's proper area. All in all they could not have performed better. I normally do not write this type of letter and I expect good customer service for my dollar, however in this case all concerned performed way above and beyond. I will not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone moving, and I will be using your services in the future!

Justin and Josh were very professional and cognizant of the fact that my precious possessions were dear to me; they handled them gingerly. It was one of the hottest days of the summer thus far, and I appreciated the fact that either did not complain once about the wonderful AZ heat. I had a bunch of stuff they moved into the 2nd floor of an apartment! Both are skilled in the moving industry; and you can rest assured your move whether large or small will be handled by experts.

We are rare. We hate to move. It reminds us of how many ghouls we are dragging around in our life. Furniture we don't use, vacation home that is not built, valuables and priceless collectibles from our time in Europe, irreplaceable guitar collections... and on and on and on...

Luckily we found the men of Muscular Moving Men (MMM) in Arizona. What a relief.

On the day we decided we wanted movers, we contacted MMM through their website. Their response was within a few hours and Josh came to our home the next day to survey the job and give us a quote. We quoted the job to 3 other companies. MMM's quote was fair and incredibly accurate. However, this is really the easiest part of the moving process.

The real colors of these guys showed the day before the scheduled 9am start time, when in a panic we realized that WE were not ready with out part. With rain in the forecast for moving day, we were feeling a high level of anxiety. With a call to MMM we had a "packing/prep" crew in our home in 2 hours. They spent 3 hours helping us with our part of the prep and the team moved the start time up an hour. You will find that this is how this guys work. Professional and flexible.

So, cut to the chase. If you are planning a move for business or home and Justin and Josh of Muscular Moving Men are in your area, don't make a mistake and hire amateurs. These guys are professional, timely, and VERY concerned about everything from dog toys to European collectibles. They are licensed and insured so you can feel confident that even if something were to happen, they are ready to take action. We have been in our new home a week and have not found a scratch or anything broken.

For us the trimming begins now. Maybe not every piece of lint we collected in Europe is "collectible" and perhaps some of those guitars are actually un-played, and it's time we accept the fact that the vacation home will never be completed... so we'll excise our ghouls. Regardless of what is left, when we move again it will be with Muscular Moving Men. You should do the same!

I had Musclemen Moving move me on Dec. 18, 2010. It was a great experience all around. I was moving to a smaller place and they actually were willing to drop off things that won't fit into my new residence at two other locations (no additional trip charges, etc... - just the cost of time).

My husband and I had our move scheduled originally for Feb. 19th, 2011. On Feb. 16th, a big winter storm approaching northern Arizona, caused us to move two days in advance, to our cabin, on the 17th. The moving guys, Matt and Gil, arrived on time, told us not to worry and that they would make sure everything went well. They were absolutely devoted to getting our possessions organized and loaded quickly and safely, and delivered to northern Arizona as promised. They certainly made a stressful day SO much easier by taking control and getting the job done PERFECTLY! I have already recommended this company to several people after my positive experience. I would just like to thank Matt and Adam for the wonderful job that they did moving my belongings to my new home. Jeremy and Kyle did a great job today. They came a little earlier and finished earlier than expected as well! But just because they finished quickly doesn't mean they lacked in quality of service. They were extremely careful with all my belongings and handle everything with extreme care. Furthermore, they put everything in the truck in a neat and orderly manner and made sure it was all safe and secure. Lastly, they were simply very nice guys and I actually had a fun time with them here.

On June 6, 2011, we had Tyler, Kyle and Austin move us from 2 different locations into one house and then move our brother from his old place into our old home. Those guys were wonderful, they took extra care in moving some large pieces of granite furniture. I think we filled up the truck three times. If you want a company that will make your move "without a hitch," this is the company for you. I was fortunate to have Mitch, Jonathan and Jeff complete our move and it was great!
